Save the World was the original concept of Fortnite. Now, after 9 years, this game will be released on APRIL 16, 2026, assuming there are no problems. The game is also free to play, and if you have Fortnite installed, you need to download it. The game is a mode that runs on the Fortnite game.
What is Save the World All About?
This is a horde defense game where you can team up with other players. You pick a class, a location, arm yourselves, set up defenses, and survive the waves of horde enemies until you eventually fall. Think of games like World War Z Horde Mode, where it’s just mindless shooting with guns and melee action with weapons.
You can also build defenses like walls and turrets, which is something that you can do in Fortnite. You do need to harvest resources in the surrounding areas to make this happen. It’s going to be a fun experience, so if you’re not into battle royale, launch this one instead. It also seems that V-Buck can be a thing here, although there is no mention of skins. We can just assume that the skins you have can be used by your characters in this mode.
