Does anybody remember the so-called Genshin killer? That game is Tower of Fantasy, and while it can be fun for some to take shots at it, the game is still around. In fact, they just released their WARP SERVER, which is an MMO server. It’s the same game but without the Gacha mechanics, but it seems Tower of Fantasy will be ending service.
Tower of Fantasy going EOS?
The real news here is that Tower of Fantasy isn’t going to end service, but it is going to end support for the PlayStation 4. Perfect World announced (here) that they will be delisting the version of ToF on the PlayStation 4. Players can still play the game until April 8, 2026, when the game will be removed from the system.

What happens to the players?
Players will have a chance to link their account to other systems. You can just link your PS4 Tower of Fantasy account to Perfect World. When the game shuts down for the PS4, you can log in to a PC or a mobile device. All of your progress will be saved there, and you can just continue where you left off with no hassle or issues.
Why is the game ending on PS4?

There’s no denying that the PS4 has been around for over 10 years. Newer systems may be coming out, and the PS4 will then be shoved to the sidelines. The PS5 is there, so you can play ToF there if you want. Even Genshin Impact will be ending its support for the PS4. It is just what it is, but the games are still going on. People joke about how ToF will be ending service, but it’s still here almost 4 years later.
