Resident Evil 9 is out, and there’s one fun treasure hunting experience (if you can call it that) in the game. There are five safes or vaults that can be opened. These things can only be opened by Grace, and finding the combinations can be a headache.
Don’t worry, we’ll give you the locations and the numbers right away, so that you don’t have to waste time. It’s worth noting that there are two different codes depending on your difficulty level (casual or insanity). Inputting them uses the same method regardless, where you just turn the dial left (L) or right (R), but it has to be done in a specific order.
Care Center
This is the first location where there are four safes. However, the other one is already opened, and you can just get the 2 Antique Coins inside.
Bar and Lounge (Safe 1)
Safe Location: It is on the second floor, nestled on the countertop after dispatching some zombies.
Casual Combination: L-10 / R-80 / L-30
Insanity Combination: R-20 / L-50 / R-30

Examination Room (Safe 2)
Safe Location: The safe is located inside the cabinet, just at the bottom of the room on the map.
Casual Combination: R-30 / L-10 / R-50
Insanity Combination: L-50 / R-30 / L-90

Furnace Room (Safe 3)
Safe Location: As soon as you enter the Furnace Room, head to the upper left part where the workshop is, enter the room, and it should be on the table.
Casual Combination: R-60 / L-40 / R-80

Ark
The second location has two safes to unlock.
Sterilization Chamber (Safe 4)
Safe Location: In the Sterilization Chamber, just head up to the right, and the safe is on the desk.
Casual Combination: R-10 / L-90 / R-20
Insanity Combination: L-80 / R-50 / L-0
Contents: Molotov Cocktail, Handgun Ammo, and Med Injector
Monitor Control Room (Safe 5)
Safe Location: It is visibly just sitting on top of a desk; you can’t miss it.
Casual Combination: L-50 / R-60 / L80
Insanity Combination: R-20 / L-0 / R-70
Contents: Med Injector, Empty Bottle, and Bottle of Acid
