Bonaksu Gaming is looking for a dedicated Esports Manager to help manage and support our Female VALORANT team.
As a community-driven, non-profit organization, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about esports and committed to helping players grow both individually and as a team.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing esports teams, preferably VALORANT
- Patient, consistent, proactive, and reliable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to coordinate effectively with Bonaksu Gaming’s management
- Passionate about supporting players and maintaining a positive team environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate team schedules, scrims, and tournaments
- Communicate with players, coaches, and management
- Ensure the team stays organized and prepared
- Help resolve conflicts professionally and maintain team morale
- Assist with roster management and team operations when needed
Compensation
Bonaksu Gaming is a non-profit organization, so this is not a salaried position. However, we do provide:
